Property Appraisal Services
CIS is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide property appraisal services for the CIS Trust. The Trust provides coverage for approx. 12,000 property locations in 312 Oregon city, county, and intergovernmental member entities, with a total value at risk of about $5.8 billion.
