The Employee Benefits Plans & Rates page provides information on the medical
and dental plan designs applicable to all entities within the CIS Employee Benefits
Program. The premium rates, however, are for entities with less than 100 employees.
Included are rates for active employees and COBRA participants and retirees for
the current & coming policy year. The rates are broken out
between the Employee Benefits Services Trust (for cities and qualifying entities),
and the Association of Oregon Counties Insurance Trust.
