CIS and Robert Sweetgall are excited to bring you our year two pedometer program,
The CIS "Move To Improve" Million Footstep Physical Activity Challenge. "Move to
Improve" is a very simple program to administer, however, employers can get as creative
as they wish, creating tracking sheets, maps and/or organizing team competitions
within the worksite.
There are several versions of kits this year, some with incentives
and some without, some for "rookies" or newcomers to the program and some for our
"Veterans".
