    Ideas and “how to” directions for ways to encourage healthy eating. Find ways to incorporate some of these quick & easy ideas into your CIS Healthy Benefits worksite wellness grant.
  • Quick Quest "Ticket to Healthy Activities" Kit -   Word
    This easy to-do program is fun, and is a good way to kick-off or refresh a worksite wellness program. Quick Quest is a program that utilizes a 29-coupon booklet to encourage participation in a variety of “wellness” related self-activities. Each employer decides program dates and can format materials to fit specific worksite information. A limited number of Quick Quest booklets are available, so request your supply early.

    This “how to” kit provides basic information and a layout plan to create health information bulletin boards within your workplace. Or, you may find suggestions as to how you can include health related information on existing employee bulletin boards.

    A "how to" toolkit and CD with a variety of resources to help you implement worksite based wellness program offerings and multiple health education flyers to be used in a variety of ways.     This “how to” kit provides basic information to help you implement a new, and/or expand and assess an existing worksite wellness program. CIS Healthy Benefits will supply regional Health Status Questionnaire (HSQ) group data following this summer’s open enrollment period. Group health information can be used to help you identify health needs and interests of employee groups. You can then use this information to help you plan meaningful worksite wellness activities. Group HSQ data will likely be available in August.
